  • Chandrima Ornvold is a chef, farmer, and founder exploring the relationship between food, agriculture, human health, and the future of modern life.

She began her professional life in regenerative agriculture, studying soil systems, ecological restoration, and land stewardship through direct experience rather than abstraction. Working closely with food, land, and human environments shaped her foundational belief that the conditions surrounding people influence far more than individual outcomes over time.

Over the past decade, her work has expanded across hospitality, wellness, executive operations, media production, and cross-sector leadership. Working within complex environments — from farms and retreat centers to productions, leadership teams, and growth-stage organizations — she observed a consistent pattern:

The environments surrounding people shape how they live, work, think, eat, lead, and relate to one another.

Those observations eventually expanded beyond food and health into broader questions around organizational culture, resilience, leadership, and the systems shaping modern life itself.

Today, she is the Founder & CEO of Ana Intl, a long-term company operating at the intersection of food systems, human vitality, regenerative enterprise, and modern culture.

Through education, media, advisory and strategic partnerships, Ana Intl explores how healthier systems of food, leadership, culture, and enterprise can create more resilient ways of living and building.

Her work is grounded in long-horizon thinking, ecological intelligence, and the belief that many of today’s challenges are deeply interconnected — and that long-term resilience begins with designing healthier environments from the beginning.

She is particularly interested in the relationship between food systems, agriculture, human health, leadership, resilience, culture, and the future of modern life.
