Short Bio (100–120 words)
Chandrima Ornvold is the Founder of Ana Intl, a regenerative enterprise translating living systems intelligence into strategy, education, and long-term infrastructure across food, health, and leadership. Her background spans regenerative agriculture, executive operations, and media production, with experience operating inside farms, retreat centers, and cross-sector leadership environments. Chandrima’s work focuses on architecture — how systems are designed, how incentives shape behavior, and how regeneration can become the next operating logic for enterprise. She is currently developing Ana Intl as a multi-vertical platform advancing regenerative thinking into mainstream culture.
Long Bio (300 words)
Chandrima Ornvold is a founder, strategist, and systems thinker working at the intersection of regenerative agriculture, human health, and enterprise design. She began her professional life in agriculture, studying soil systems, ecological feedback loops, and restoration-based land management. That early experience shaped her foundational belief: living systems offer a blueprint for how we must build.
Over the past decade, her work has expanded across hospitality, executive operations, media production, and cross-sector leadership. Operating within complex environments — from farms and retreat centers to cultural institutions and growth-stage teams — she observed a consistent pattern: organizations behave like ecosystems. They either regenerate through coherence and intentional design, or they degrade through fragmentation and extraction.
This insight led her to found Ana Intl, a long-term regenerative enterprise translating biological intelligence into practical frameworks for food systems, education, leadership, and enterprise infrastructure. Her work focuses on architecture — the underlying models and incentives that shape behavior and determine long-term outcomes.
Chandrima believes regeneration is not a niche philosophy, but the next operating system for civilization. Her work is deliberate, generational, and rooted in building structures that create more life than they consume.
